President of Paisley Art Institute and Chairman of The Aspect Prize formerly The Kennox Prize. Studied at Glasgow School of Art between 1969 and 1974. Post-graduate studies in visual and performing arts at TCU in Fort Worth, Texas. Recent awards: William Bowie Award 1999 The Richmond Hill Gallery Award 2004 Collections in Great Britain, USA, Italy, Australia, the Middle East and Hong Kong; including Ernst & Young, Prudential, Clydebank Museum, Aspect Capital, Caledonian Breweries, Lord MacFarlane, John Le Carre, Harry Enfield and the Kuwait Royal Family.
